Property Description
Nestled on one of Kirkwood's most charming and quiet streets, this beautifully renovated Craftsman blends timeless character with modern luxury - just blocks from Kirkwood Village, Pullman Yards, and The Trolley Path Trail. Start your mornings on the inviting front porch overlooking this incredible street, and end your evenings entertaining in style. Renovated down to the studs, this home lives like new while preserving the historic charm buyers love. Inside, you'll find a welcoming living room and a dramatic vaulted family room, both featuring custom built-ins. A formal dining room perfect for gatherings. A bright breakfast nook just off the beautifully updated kitchen. A spacious owner's suite with a dream walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bath with double vanities, soaking tub, and separate glass shower. The thoughtfully designed layout tucks secondary bedrooms away from the main living spaces for added privacy. French doors open from the family room to an entertainer's dream backyard - complete with a newer composite deck and screened porch. The oversized yard offers endless possibilities. All of this in sought-after Kirkwood, with easy access to interstates and MARTA, making commuting and city living effortless. Welcome home.
